General
Glimpses of Guam Inc., publisher of The Marianas Business Journal Online, and its affiliates are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using The Marianas Business Journal Online (hereafter referred to as the "Online Journal"). This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about you when you visit or subscribe to the Online Journal.
We may make content or services from other Web sites including our affiliated or co-branded Web sites available to you from links located on the Online Journal. Information We Collect

When you register, and at other times, we will collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, age, address, e-mail address, credit-card number and facts about your computers, profession, investing habits and similar information. We do not, however, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Third-Party Subscriptions
If your access to the Online Journal is provided by a third party as part of your subscription to that third party's services, or by your employer pursuant to a site license (hereafter, each referred to as a "Subscription Provider"), we may receive personally identifiable information about you from your Subscription Provider. We also may disclose your personally identifiable information to your Subscription Provider in connection with supplying it with user and usage information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We employ cookie technology to help visitors and subscribers move faster through our site. When you view an ad for the Online Journal on other sites, our third-party advertising company may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. The Online Journal and its advertising company may also use Web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) to note which Online Journal pages you visit after viewing our ads. The information that is collected through the use of these images is not personally identifiable and is used only to track response to our advertising efforts.
Security
The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information.
Review and Correction
You may review and update the personally identifiable information/registration information that you have provided by going to the Customer Account Information or contacting Customer Service support@mbjguam.net.

Transfer to U.S. or Other Countries
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Glimpses of Guam has facilities, and by subscribing to our services, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
